Trax Editor clip problem

Hi, not sure if I should post this here or in the Maya section. I'm rather new to Maya and to Trax Editor, and I'm not sure how to properly explain my little problem so just bear with me.

Basically I've created two animations clips in Maya with Trax, one where the guy is walking and one in which he's running and put it so when the first clip ends the other one continues. Might as well add a picture of it. http://i48.tinypic.com/2cwx4zp.jpg So walking to running.

Here is a picture of what the running animation should look like. http://i46.tinypic.com/2gwxue8.jpg

The problem is that when the first clip ends and the other one goes live this happens. http://i50.tinypic.com/znwile.jpg The nurbs moves too far. It works if I disable the walking clip and just play the running clip or vice versa. But if I have both of them enabled at the same time that happens.

How do I fix this?
