only 10% CPU useage with 3Delight and Cineman

I am using the 2 core 3Delight on a 4 core CPU but C4D R14/CineMan using 3Delights renderdl only shows 10% CPU usage (its like 5% C4D and 5% render and it is soooooo slow).

I can export RIB from C4D and directly use 3Delights renderdl and it renders at around 50% which is correct.

Any ideas?

Cineware ist the connection between Adobe Aftereffects and CINEMA 4D, i took the liberty to correct the title of the thread.
Cineman (the connection to Renderman compatible renderengines) does not render by itself. It just starts the renderengine with given parameters. I have no idea how CINEMA could have such an influence on how 3Delight renders.
