I think you show a lot of potential, but a couple things kind of jump out at me that I think you can definitely improve on.
You have a ton of different work in here, but it all looks kind of unfinished. Try to focus on quality, not quantity. If you spent some serious time polishing up a few of these, your reel would read a lot better with just 3 or 4 really well done sequences.
The other main thing that I noticed is your camera work. Wild flying cameras are usually a dead give away of someone who's just getting started (don't worry, we've all been there!). Try to keep you cameras a little more locked down and based in reality. If you have to do a big fly through, try not to make jarring camera moves. Camera animation is a very subtle art, but it's one of those things that can really make or break an animation.
It's a decent start, just keep practicing!
