Cabinet Projection: How to?

Hi everyone!

Simple and quick: Does anyone know how to set up a cabinet projection camera or viewport? I need to do some technical renderings and this would be awesome.

This is what I need:

you may have to use an orthographic camera with a Skew(found in SpaceWarp/Modifier-Based) space warp applied to all objects in the scene.
