Shortcuts to visible? (doh, solved)

I'm not sure whose drunken idea it was to hide shortcuts, or what's the dopey logic behind it, but is it possible to make them visible by default, as in up till R12? (I use R13, but if it's not possible in it, fine, I buy the damn R14 if they're on in it).

I'm not saying that the smudgy blurry PoS lo-res jpeg in the Help system is bad, but it is bad.

EDIT: This is what happens when you're out of coffee in the morning. I finally found the toggle in the Preferences. Sorry about my useless rant.

That's why we have a Starbucks on every block in the US, it's about keeping the peace.
