[3ds+vray] Compositing MatID alpha problem

Hey!

I have flat planes with alpha maps on them (the green translucent rectangles on the MatID pass), and the alpha map isn't recognised when I render a MatlID pass. I'm trying to find a way to make the beige terrain back in there easily selectable, but i'm unable to think of any way to circumvent it.

I'm using 3ds max 2013 x64 with v-ray 2.0. Any help is much appreciated.

Fixed by adding a reflection map. (sic)
