RGB values look too similar????

Hi,

I have a red spotlight set to .888 in Red and it looks too similar to my other light that is set to .999 in Red also. Why is this? I have been playing and playing with my spotlights trying to figure this out but the renders look too similar to each other.

Not only that, the images of the lights themselves turn out all pixelated

Can anyone help???????????

Not really much info to go on here...

1. Are you using a Linear Workflow?

2. Are you rendering integer or floating point?
