very cool.

I was thinking while you where in Maya, if building a rig and using Mecanim would be an interesting way to control its' movement.. dunno.

anyway, nice work.

Interesting idea...

Would be great if the cogwheels/mechanism turned/functioned as the robot arm works.

Thanks for the comments. You know animations actually came to mind with this. It is one way to accomplish the same functionality. I would have went deeper with more fine control of different robotic parts, but I just kind of wanted to explain it and hand it off to others so they can learn how to add more detailed movement, add parts, etc.

I thought it would be a helpful way to learn how to tweak the script (this is how I was able to learn to code in general).
