amd 7850 or nvidia 560 for 3ds max
I need to decide whether to buy Nvidia or Amd card and I'm really stuck.
7850 seems to be quite a bargain for it's price, but I can't find any info how they work in viewports on 3ds Max, and how they compare to Nvidia from the same price range (560 or 650ti ie). There're couple of aspects which I also don't really understand like 256bits against 128bits memory (in this case 650) - why newer card has less, and if this affects sthg ?
I usually make detailed interiors with 3d plants/trees outside, and what I care about is viewport performance overall - rotating, zooming etc. I don't render with gpu so I don't really care about it.
Is there anyone who tested, had these cards and could tell few words about their performance in this field?
Phenom 2 945 3.0Ghz , Gigabyte ud3-770, Bequiet Pure Power 530W, Sapphire Passive 4670 512MB, 8gb RAM 800Mhz
