I am not into marketing the series .But you need to consider the following

First do you want to sell the whole IP or you wanna produce the whole series yourself.
How many episodes do you have in mind ? how may scripts are ready in hand?
length of episode depends on the broadcaster usually it is 22 min which may vary .
Pricing you have to decide yourself as you are the best judge of it.

Usually you need to pitch your animation to different broadcasters as well as different production houses.

Also send your stuff to different festivals and cg meets where people can see your product and you can discuss further strategies with them.

for you best example would be http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mIOtpiPaCU8
the guy had three episodes ready when he went to some seminar or cgmeet ,I suppose it was Anneccy international animated film festival and now he has this contract with nicklodeon

Thanks too much for your comment .
about the length of episode . i have script for 15 episodes and i think it will be 5 minute per episode .do you think that this is acceptable ?

If you have this 15 episode in quality like i share before . What is the price that you will ask for ? I just want to know the average market price for such quality .

Its impossible to put a price on this, you need to know how many people will work on it, how much they charge and how long it takes them to do one episode, only then you can start pricing the whole thing.

Try to find out this 2 important factors, and then you keep going from there.

I can't comment on pricing it depends on lot of factors.
Your investment in renderfarm ,number of artist working for you.Number of man hours invested in completing one episode not to mention software and hardware investment for 3d ,composting and finalising.

Also what studios are offering to you for this quality and what will they offer to you if have to improve the quality as well as change some of your character design. There is also repeat value for such programmes so you need to think of that while pricing your product.

I would suggest first you meet with some studio guys only then you can estimate your profit structure.you have one episode ready so you must have idea about the production cost of it.
