Though nice, I think this piece looses potential due to some compositional weaknesses. There are to many bright, near white, areas competing for attention that appear all on the same depth plane. This becomes really apparent when the image is viewed squinting or as a small thumb nail. A lot of elements seem too deliberately isolated as well.
This piece would be much stronger, much more balanced compositionally, if it were simply flipped horizontally—in my eye anyway.
