Uber noob compiling question Field3D maya

I found an open source library for efficient fluid caching also called field 3d for maya 2011 linux at github. I would very much to learn how to convert this to maya 2012 or 13 or 11 windows..

I tried now for 3 days and the only stage i progress up to 's that compiler cannot find lib and include folders in the dependancy files mentioned at git hub/

now i just downloaded these dependancies, i dont know if i have to compile them prior to compiling main package..

little help please
