Thumbs up old style phone

I am proud to present my first ever telepone model. I gathered all my current knowledge to make it look like a real phone. I still have some problems with the reciver but I hope to solve it soon.

I have seen all your threads and i dont know if you are for real or not. You really need to learn how to model correctly, do some proper texturing and lighting. Why oh why do you never use shadows? thats just amazing.

Cinema 4d is your program of choice right? You should easely be able to make some OK shaders and also some decent lighting, C4D is a very easy to use program imo. There are a bunch of tutorial sites out there for C4D, learn from them and you will do way way better than this.

Have a look at this video: http://vimeo.com/10941211
He uses 3ds max but you can apply this to Cinema 4D as well
