Looks fantastics and really gives this cold, horrific feel. Like something is about to happen or did happen.

Amazing! I just finished STALKER, an experience almost like HL2. Is this art for the upcoming expansion ?

Very good lighting and color distribution. Nicely laid out too. Lots of stuff crammed into it and yet it doesn't feel excessively crowded because of your composition. If you want this to look better, work on the lighting and detail on the left thumb, Detail the rain more, and work a little on the street lights in the background. The light from them seems a little too smooth. You could light the individual droplets of rain with it to break it up. A bit more foreground rain would help sell this. Otherwise a great "wet" feel to everything.Congrats and looking forward to more. good luck
