viewport misunderstanding

hi guys
i have like 50 complex geometries with hypernurbs.. and if i keep visible obviously the viewport work at 4-5 fps...
BUT!
if i hide 49 geometries... why i have the same result? always 4-5 fps... seems like it doesn't hide at all
i tried to get off layers, or get off (little circle in object manager)
any suggestions?

ts almost never the displaying of polys which is slow, its the deformation of them. What are you doing with them? If you have deformers and joints, the mesh still has to be calculated even if theyre hidden.

but if i hide all... what does CINEMA calculate?

Hiding stuff does not neccesarily take it out of the calculation since the objects can still have influence on visible parts of your scene.

mm ok, so how can i do to make all lighter?

Try to start with disabeling all generators (HN etc.) for non visible objects. Same for expressions on invisible objects.
