Gaining confidence as a new artist to Zbrush

Hello CGSociety forum-goers,

I have been wondering how a new artist to Zbrush, such as myself, can go about gaining the confidence to work and improve in Zbrush. I feel like I take criticism well, but for whatever reason I can't seem to bring myself to just sit down and play around in Zbrush.

I have a project started, a Centaur type creature, simply for practice, but I can't seem to bring myself to working on it in fear of making it look worse.

Is this just me or has anyone else experienced this?

if you dont want to play around with it then it sounds like you dont want to learn it
