Can c++ be used with c4d

Hi, is it possible to use c++ to extend c4d's functionality via plugins. Or is their sdk limited to scripting languages.

full disclosure: total c4d noob here.

Check your plugins folder for the Cinema 4D C++ SDK and visit PluginCafe to download the latest documentation.
