Girl in smile

here is an atempt on realistic girl, Modeled in maya. Texturing in mudbox and Photoshop. Rendered in Maya using mental ray, and the hair is using Maya hair system.

do you have a ref photo?

I can tell that from your light intensity that you need the get better specular and enlight on your jacket and shirt.. way too dark versus your hand, background and short

Yes the lighting need to be fixed. Too white, blown out areas, especially her right hand. And too dark in the shadowy parts, like between her legs. Fixing the intensity and adding an overall soft light would possibly help the image.

Do you use SSS? The fingers on her left hand looks too plastic and shiny. The skin in general needs to be adjusted. It's hard to say currently with the light setup you have. Also the nails could use a little bit more color, pink-ish/red-ish, again hard to tell with this light setup.

The panty hose needs to have it's own specular channel and make it slightly darker and more tight.

The necklace feels a bit off to me, like it's floating or if it were added to the image in post. Just doesn't feel right.

The ornament behind her and the vase/bowl thing needs a material, just a simple white, little reflective porcelain would suffice. And a wood material to the strips behind her as well or similar.
The yellow part, I think I've come to realize is supposed to be a drape or curtains of some kind, correct? At first I thought it was some kind of wood for a doorframe. You might want make that more apparent that it's a drape.
If it is a drape then it's too straight and too shard edges. Make it more flowing and curvy.

I could say a bunch about the jacket and the shirt but I wait until the lighting has been adjusted so we can all see better.

tks,The sencen is auto calculate by mental ray fg,light maybe have no wrong.
