Morphs in MotionBuilder

I'm using Modo 302 to create my characters, and morphs, and from there export via FBX to MotionBuilder. When I apply the morphs within MoBu the vertex order must be off, since the model goes in all sorts of directions.

I've read that you can freeze a morph and export them seperately.
Anyone know how to actually use this method to pull in the seperate files, combine them?, and use them as morphs on the original characters within MotionBuilder (7.0)?
