Projection view export and Camera animation?

Hey guys,

Two questions.

Export projection view from Mudbox 2013 into Photoshop CS5? So to expand on that; in bodypaint i used to be able to freeze the view take that into photoshop, paint over patches etc .. then go back to bodypaint and import the PSD back into the view where it would apply the touch up fixes to the geo. The issue im facing being i'd like to do some extensive paint over from three specific views on an environment scene with several objects, however as yet i'm not seeing any good work flow for this.

Camera animation.

I imported a camera into the scene along with the FBX environment. The camera has keys on it, however i notice Mudbox seems to lack a time line or any sort; is this correct?

ideally i'd love to be able to import a camera in with the environment scene, go to specific frames, export a projection capture, paint over in PS, bring back into MB and project and continue.

I know it's not Mari, but be cool if i could get that task done in MB

Thanks
Dave

you could import multiple cameras... one for each frame...
and use File export screen to PSD... or hit alt+e

cool thanks! I didn't know about the Alt-E option.

So once I have the PSD ready to take back, what would be the most efficient way of applying to changes back to the geo? using a a projection/stencil?

Edit: don't answer that one, guessing the reimport PSD will do the trick!

D.
