@ mmoir: thx. i did not have mutch enviroment in my image. most of the elements will be the both chars, so i will try to give them the best look i can.

Modeling: olmy pose



here is my first test for a pose of olmy. in the midground i will place the frant and behind him some kind of enviroment.

Shading (Textured and lit): olmy head texture



now i have made some textures for the head. it is a combination between hand a painted texture and procedural shaders...

Nice skin work, did you apply any sss on it? that would be coooool.

@ alvin-cgi: yes, there is really a little bit sss, but not to mutch, thats because the sss shader of cinema is not to got, so if the strenght of the shader is to mutch you will see some parts of the mesh under the skin, like the eyeballs for example.

Jetzt wurmt es mich, dass ich nicht weiter gemacht habe.

here is a hairtest of olmy and i added some textures for the background...
i used the cinema hairmodule.

ok, i didn´t get it to the deadline. but i really had fun since i entered the challeng, so i only want to show you my final peace. the animation is still rendering...

Superb.
What a pity you can't up this one before the deadline. I love your characters, and textures are really great, especially the leather.
View is interesting too.

SOoo....a great job MacAndré, i'm sorry you'vn't upload this one, and i'm waiting your animation
