My Animation Pc Build

Dear readers,

This is my first post on CGsociety.
I've started my own company making 3d animations, by now I really need a new computer to produce my video's.
I use Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop.
I use Maya for 3d modeling.

I've been 'composing' a lovely little rig, which i think will suffice my needs.
I want to be sure I have all the right components i need and they work together well.
Could someone take a look at this and tell me if this is okay?
The price I have right now cannot increase very much.

Take a look at this rig as an alternative with just 120€ more:

1 HGST Deskstar NAS 4TB, SATA 6Gb/s (H3IKNAS400012872SWW/0S04005)
1 Crucial MX300 525GB, SATA (CT525MX300SSD1)
1 Intel Core i9-7900X, 10x 3.30GHz, boxed ohne Kühler (BX80673I97900X)
1 G.Skill RipJaws V schwarz DIMM Kit 32GB, DDR4-3200, CL16-16-16-36 (F4-3200C16D-32GVKA)
1 ASUS Dual GeForce GTX 1070 OC, DUAL-GTX1070-O8G, 8GB GDDR5, DVI, 2x HDMI, 2x DisplayPort (90YV09T1-M0NA00)
1 Gigabyte X299 Aorus Gaming 3

Comments:
1. Cpu with more cores and threads for faster cpu rendering. Single threaded performance should be identical with the 7820X (same turbo clocks at 4.5GHz each).
2. You don't need a gtx 1080 for just viewport performance and higher acceleration. In 3d tasks and hardware acceleration in Adobe's apps the 1070 should be fairly close in performance for a much lower price.
3. I added more RAM. 16gb in nowadays standards is below minimum. 32gb should be perfect as a starting point for a modern CG system.
4. Don't throw money on nvme drives if your budget is tight. You won't see any difference in everyday tasks. It's better to buy a sata ssd with twice its capacity for the same price imo.
5. I would personally use AIO liquid cooling with this socket.

Thanks for the friendly advice FatherN!

1. I thought to buy a high end graphics card, since i've heard great things about GPU rendering.
I wanted to expand with extra GPU in the future. You think it's a better idea to build a starting rig with a bigger cpu instead of gpu?
(I have no experience with GPU rendering btw)

2. I already wanted to buy 2x that 16 gb ram card

P.s. Thanks for this great german website, there are some great prices on here! ^^

Investing a great deal of money for a high-end gpu right now is not a good idea, imo, because prices are ridiculously high. Starting with a mid range 1070 now and adding a 2nd gpu for rendering in the future, if you decide to try out gpu renderers and when prices settle down a little bit, is more rational as a tactic. The new Nvidia 2000 series is said to be released in about 3-4 months. It would be a good time to add a 2nd gpu then.

As for (2), sorry, I didn't see the 2x in the end.
