Apply Displacement Map to Lbrush

Any Lbrush users out there? (I got things working pretty good, crashes here and there but I can avoid them.)

So in the Lbrush> Import Displacement window I can apply a displacement map from zbrush after subdividing the mesh in the sculpting environment. I click the render button and the displacement looks good in the little preview window. I click the ok button and nothing happens after that, no displacement shows up in the viewport. Rendering the image after that doesn't do anything with the Lbrush displacement map either.

So with that said I'm wondering what I need to do or what might be wrong, everything animates as expected so maybe it's just not working with displacements right now. I'll put in a ticket with Joe but he's a busy dude so. . .

Mental ray needs a mental ray subD approx node for the mesh.
Vray needs subdiv attr's applied.
Lbrush is/or should be independent of this since its not a renderer.
