Thumbs up

Wow ND! Iam really impressed, i think you nailed this model and had a keen eye to the details!
Only thing missing is an environment to put it in=)

You're right. I'm learning RealFlow to make 3d environment. Here is one of my last experiments:

Great model! Takes me back to last summer. I worked for a few years at Lockheed doing the training simulations for the cruisers and destroyers. Had to build a couple of these myself. You really nailed it.

I'm still here!
How about the view from the rubber speed boat?

Looks awesome!

Dmitry your scene is progressing very well!

If you add a bit of volumetric fog it will help to blend the ship into the ocean environment.

Very nice detailed model, I love it!
I'm sure with that one you can find way better angles than just from the side. I guess one reason might be that it is not "artistic" enough. Your image is great for showing the ship itself but it doesn't tell much of a story. Maybe you go for an angle of a low flying by airplane, showing it from front/side at a 30 degree angle, Tilt the cam into one direction for some more dynamic and add 2 major and one smaller explosion in the water. Maybe similar to this one, just more dynamic:
Lighting wise you can go for something more dramatic as well. Overcast is always a bit dull.

Just some ideas
