Question ATOM between same character with different size

Hi, I have been struggling in this for two days, any help will be appreciated!

I have a character with animation in it in a fbx file. I then resize this character for 100 times larger and resize the head, make it looks slimmer, but didn't change the skeleton. All the animations are deleted for the latter character and it is saved in another fbx file.

I want to transfer the animation in the first character to the second larger character using ATOM. I selected the root bone and "edit -> select hierarchy", the export options is shown below. Then select the larger character in the same way, and importer options is also shown below. THE PROBLEM is: the resized character becomes shrinked in the same shape and size as the first character. Anyone know why? Thanks very much!

Check to make sure that static values isn't enabled as it writes out un-keyed values so even though your scale may not be keyed it's probably assigning the scale values due to Static Values being enabled.
