Unhappy UV map issue

Hey guys! I met with annoying problem during the UV coordinates transfer from one model to another one. So. Step by step now. I have a scene with solo geometry that was manualy unwraped.Then I merged it with scene where was cloud of geometry with the same vetex number and tried to copy UV from just merged geometry to clear meshes. For some reasons I could not load UV map from file but copying of modifier helped me. But now i see some ugly artifacts on the geometry where was placed unwrap modifier.
