The details are great and facial expression is perfect for this guy .. I really like the unshaded model in zbrush and the animated GIF . Maybe the render can be improved but the image is great

Very impressive level of detail! The shaders aren't quite on the same level as the model, but I'd still put the shaders at a 4-star rating. Anyways, 5-stars!

I don't like the use of a bump map for stubble. It makes it look like he has some sort of bizzare crusty paste all over his chin. Unless you're going for a stylized look, I would seriously rework the skin shader and maybe try to use Max's Hair plugin if you have 8, or else use a scatter function. If bad comes to worse, I would just remove the stubble and go for a shaved five oclock shadow. Right now he looks like a low poly game character trying to be rendered in the doom or farcry engine.

Edit: I saw you rendered this in Z-brush, but I still feel like the fake stubble subtracts more than it adds. The modeling is top notch though.

Well, I guess I don't really need to say anything about his nose... Oops. This looks amazing. Great job! Definitely worthy of five stars.
