Anatomy and Value advice.

Hello!
I've been working on and off on this value study/painting of Geralt of Rivia. It started as a regular study, but later I decided to paint Geralt's face on it.
I'm struggling to make this "perfect" looking. Something about the face seems off, as well as the body.

Geralt value study

I've been stuck on this for a few months, so I'd really appreciate any kind of CC! Thank you.

Is this study based on references? If so, you should post the references so we can see where you might have veered off course.

When you say, "I'm struggling to make this 'perfect' looking," did you mean the values or the forms or the rendering? What is the standard you're shooting for?
