American Monitor Development, Mario Taddei - Studioddm (3D)

Title: American Monitor Development
Name: Mario Taddei - Studioddm
Country: Italy
Software: 3dmax 4

1782 A.C. This is the reconstruction of the US Mariner Monitor, the first submarine of history. It was a secret so they build it inside a huge hangar. Historicall research. Edutainment development in studioddm for museums.

Long historical research, schetches and a lot of pacience. Some help come from Edoardo Zanon and Federico Janni. This is a Research and Development time, well spent.
More images of it in www.studioddm.com or my web www.mariotaddei.com.

It looks great but just like Mpolka says. It is all so clean if you add some dirt and rust at it, it will look much more realistic but it is still amazing work.

Cool

It is not dirt because They call a clean service before set for the picture!
Think about your image, did not you clean up before go to a conference or a show?
The inventor of the screw propeller (first time used here) and all engenneer do not like dirt!

I think the clean aspect of the image is doing its job very well, given the fact that is made for documentary purposes.
Great work.
