Reflections over alpha

Hi, have a question that's driving me crazy.
I need to render a plastic bag with some transparent areas, the issue is that those areas must have the same level of reflection that the opaque areas.
The question is: how I can give the same amount of reflectivity to the opaque and transparent areas?

use transparency, not alpha.
