Is there a way to automate multiple meshes to merge, and share the same volume?

Heya folks, I have a 3D model I need to prep for a 3D print. The model has a lot of components that need to share the same volume. For example, if I had 5 seperate spheres touching each other, I need them to merge so that they combine at the points where they touch each other, and become 1 volume.

Is there, if any, a way to automate this process instead of manually merging each piece?

Maybe try a boolean?
