first concept!

Hi all,

Finally mannaged to come up with a working concept for the challenge.

Concept:

Everything's strange to a man out of his time (or his element).

The rider trusts his fellow horse, his companion of many rides and many battles.
He doesn't trust technology
He lives knowing that what matters most isnīt to arrive fast to your destination, but to experience the journey.

The city thinks, breathes, and walks fast.
It trusts in tecnology above all.
Time is money, and it's made of Free ways, Trafic jams, Gps, mobile phones, pdas, portable computers, fast cars...
The faster you go... the more profittable, therefore the better.

When you put the rider in the city each one apears strange to the other.
Who's stranger: the city or the rider?

---

Still haven't decided if i'm gonna do a full animation, or just a pan of the scene where u see the rider, and the horse, walking alongside a futuristic freeway, as cars pass by him.

C&cs are more then welcome

Cheers

Concept Sketch or 3D pre-visualization: First rough visualization

Hi all,

Here we go..
I'm trying to get a hand on the overall feeling of the city. I want it to be futuristic ( but not Eon-futuristic), with lots of traffic and movement on the street, clean lines and minimalistic architecture. All this in order to create the bigger contrast with the rider/horse.

Still have to work on the animation, but I intended to show the city, the traffic, the movement, nothing out of the ordinary, and then enters the rider on his horse. Have some ideas about possible interaction between the rider and passing persons, but more on that later..

C&c allways welcome

Cheers!
