Missing Minimize, Restore, and Maximize Buttons

Hey guys, sorry if I already posted this, but I can't find it in my profile, so I assume my computer derp'd on it.

I don't have the minimize, restore, and maximize buttons on Maya (such as like on google). Because of this, I can't move my window by dragging the bar. Maya's suspended in a position that I can't see the bottom of the window.

Here's a screenie:

Please help C: Thanks in advance.

what does it print when you run the following mel commad
Code:
print `optionVar -q "mainWindowTitleBarVis"`;

if it prints the number zero, deleting your user preference should fix it.

You are a life-saver, and I hope many rainbow showers of cookies/whatever-baked-goods-you-prefer fall your way. It worked, thanks so much!
