Very nice work. You seem to have more classic influences from the earlier decades than the type of comic book styles we see today.

Thanks Ingar and Robert. Yeah, I guess it is a bit retro in some of it's technical aspects. I'm not a fan of the super-tight inking that was big in the 90s and sometimes carries through today, so I guess it was an obvious direction for me.

Plus, who has the time for that, right?! I've got cliffhangers to paint

Here's another panel, a little closer on the same building:

It's from next weeks update of the digital comic.

Here part of a panel I finished, it's of the the Lieutenant, which I can never spell, so everyone just calls him 'Lui' in a vague post-colonial bit of racism... Those crazy post colonials... One of the influences for his characters is Doc Holiday/VKilmer from 'Tombstone'

I'd love to hear what you think of the Moth City digital comic. Any readers here? How are you finding the experience?

Peace,
Tim

Here are some sample pages from www.mothcity.com

These are actualy stacked pages, on the website you only view half of one of these at a time, which I prefer.
