Artifacts when Remesh a cylinder

I'm new to ZBrush .. While following some tutorial i'm trying to remesh a cylinder to remove the top cap polar vertex, but i get his weird mesh instead of smooth mesh, can anyone plz explain this
effect for me?

Here's the process to reproduce this image :
1- remove the bottom cap.
2- Tools > Remesh
- Res = 64
- Polish = 50
- PolyGrp = on

Thanks.

There are lots of ways to do it. For instance, I just dynameshed it at 128 resolution with Blur at 0, then ran ZRemesher (at Half, Adaptive
Off) a few times.
