You can get the same effect in other photoshop by turning the spacing all the way down to 1 or off and also turn on shape dynamics so the blend will be smooth but not too smooth. By doing this you will creat an airbrushed effect.

I know it's bumping a little bit, since thread is a little old. But I just wanted to say thanks for the great tutorial! totally changed my way of blending, and through some trial and error has totally improved my work!

With my latest peice, I used your method for blending the skintones.. never made it look so nice before, so just want to say Thanks again Nebezial!!!
