My summary: Skyfall = "No Country for Old Agents".
Cinematography was great, I absolutely love the work of Roger Deakins, however the trailer seemed to contain most of the best shots - As much as I hate trailers, Skyfall teaser was incredible visually.
Storywise was pretty meh, not captivating at all. The fact that 007 is portrayed as someone who cannot shoot straight rips the elite level of achievement from Bond, resulting in an angry british police movie.
VFX wise, it's a shame when you see shots when the face replacement fails, begging the question why bother? I'm not undermining the talent of VFX artists, but rather the purpose of filming such shots in the first place (Bike scene/escalators etc).
Music - Fairly noticeable, over the top and the original bond theme kind of giving the movie a 1970's Batman and Robin feel.
Overall - Not as impressive as expected. By the end I had enough :(

Agreed, it was no Casino Royale. Not even close to being as good as that film.
Shot incredibly though. Wow
