Female Head Critique Please

Hi all, I've been practicing making characters for a while now and am struggling to get the realism I'm chasing.
Here's my latest attempt:


Sculpted and painted in Zbrush rendered in Vray/Maya, there's a High Res HDRI as well as 3 Vray Rect Lights.

I'm not sure exactly what's letting it down right now apart from the eyes.
Any help appreciated

The facial proportions look a little off - i'd say the lower jaw looks narrow, but it's hard to tell without seeing the head from different angles. A front/side view might help in evaluating the proportions. The rendering looks like a pretty good start.
