nCloth Velvet Setup

Hey guys, having hard time setting up velvet-type cloth properties for my ncloth. As far as object that I am trying to create are these huge theatre like curtains, 8 meters tall, massive, they will slide away to the sides. Task came up from nowhere and I'm stuck with deadline tomorrow evening

Can someone tip me how to set it up, or if I am inpatient and didn't notice a similar thread point me towards it, anyways I will have a sleepless night.

they have example in the visor.. its a good basic setup. i was wondering if you tried this

I surely did, tho it didn't quite help. But I still did the job, here's the result:
