About the usage of the images submitted to DW4

Hi there, just a little quick question about the final images submitted to DW4 (including the images submitted to mini competition), I was wondering if they were allowed to be submitted to anywhere else, for example
1. Can I use an image as an entry for books etc?
2. Can I post it on my own website?

Am I free to do these or do I need a permission to do it?
And if it was all right to submit the image to somewhere else, can I modify them (modify as in... eg. change the colour a little, add some bits and pieces etc... or, does it have to be in the original state which you submitted as a final?)

Wonder if anyone could help me,, Thanks very much in advance.

I'm pretty sure if you read the rules and regs on the DWIV site, it says near the bottom that the images belong to us, to do with as we please but don't take my word it ><

hi there...

Originally, I wanted to make a large competition where everyone could enter, receive advice, and have fun,’ Hultqvist explains. “Plus, the thought of going head to head with another forum was a seriously cool idea.
