vray render shuts down

I have an interior scene which is now 336 mb heavy and im working in 3dsmax 2014 64 bit. after 6 hour work with a lot of merging suddenly i got warning in render info "failed to initialaze proxy object "t" ..." and max crashed. I got rid of the warning, but the scene still crashes. viewport is fine I still can work with scene save it and so on, but can not render.

What might be the problem and solution?
unfortunately im on the deadline so quick help is what I need.

Thanks in advance.
N.
