Help with Rigging character

Hi im new to the forums and also maya rigging i have a small problem with my rig my main controller moves the whole skeleton around as it should but when i come to rotate the rig her spine seems to be locked i have looked to see if anything is locked and it doesnt seem to be, i think its a problem with the constraints but i cant seem to find which one is causing the problem any help would be great i have supplied the file and im happy for anyone to take a look at it and sort my problem :P

If your main controller is parented to the root skeleton, make the spline controller also child to the main ctrler.

Ah I have sorted it now for some reason I had point constrained the body controllers to the spine instead of using parents >.< thank you anyways
