Exclamation Material Problem

Hey guys seems simple enough but I can't solve this problem! 3ds max 2013

When adding a new material in diffuse or bump, for some reason it's using 48 as a default and it's still not a perfect 100% of the map...

For some reason it works sometimes when adding a new map the size for tiling is 1 and 1 and it fits perfect. I don't want it to tile but it keeps on doing it...

Help please!!!
