Hair and fur modifier modifies my mesh


I have an issue with hair&fur, when I activate the modifier, my mesh (an editable poly) changes of shape a little bit, as if a little scale was coming with hair&fur...
I have a turbosmooth under the hair&fur.
I already tried a reset xform.

Did it ever happened to someone?

Does it do it if you remove turbosmooth? I probably wouldn't put turbosmooth under the hair modifier, I've had things where I have modifier stacks and then the vertex numbering changes for no reason and all the modifiers get screwed.

If you're making the hair&fur for a head, collapse the turbosmooth mesh below the Hair&Fur and "Skin wrap" that mesh to the head.

The problem is here even without turbosmooth. My mesh is a head but it's not animated, and there is no other modifier on it.

Can you post a screenshot of the problem? It's possible that the hair is just making the growth geometry look bigger.

I found a solution! I did a super reset xform and it's working.
I don't think the turbosmooth unde the hair and fur is a problem.
