Thumbs up

Hey Jeremy. When you said that you posed your model with "brute force", exactly what did you mean by that? Because I'm trying to do a composite as well and I don't want to have to rig the whole thing or use motionbuilder.

Amazing piece by the way. One of the best lighting jobs I've seen in a while!

Thank you all, for the amazing responses ...and if I didn't mention it before Thanks for the front page plug!!!

Neil- I'll try to describe the lighting setup briefly. The rig was made up of 9 mental ray area lights, 3 of the lights are above the scene simulating the night sky, the rest were either around the scene for fill light or lighting from the buildings below. I also created a panorama of the environment to make the bounced light more accurate.

picklebrad- What I meant by "brute force" was simply that I posed the character without a rig. I moved the body into position using an edit poly modifier in 3ds max, and used ZBrush to fix the structure.

Let me see if I can find something wrong with this picture. Well...I can't find anything! This picture is WOW!! Just Excellent!! I really like the effort that you put into the small detals, especially on the suit and the lighting. Again, GREAT JOB!! I wish you the best in the future.
