Rotation issue with MoCap recodring in motionbuilder

Hi there,

i guess its a minor problem but i couldnt find a way to manage it. My MoCap skeleton was recorded facing -Z and my avatar is facing Z, so when i try to connect them this always happens:

I tried to rotate the recording first, rotate the avatar and even rotate him in maya and freeze the transformation. But it always gets destroyed when i try to connect them.
It works well with MoCap recordings in which the skeleton is facing in the same direction as the avatar...

Do you have any ideas how to solve this issue?
