Undergraduate degree recommendation for basic drawing

I want to get a BFA/BA in Graphic design but also want to learn basic drawing (i.e figure/anatomy sketching, perspective, light/shadow concept, coloring/color mixing etc). Is it possible if I take a graphic design major? Or should I take a different major/degree program(like BFA in illustration/drawing/painting [I'm not even sure ])? I need to learn both! Let me know if any other undergrade degree would be helpful. If taking any extra courses specialized in a field is a better idea, let me know that too.

I really love to learn about right human perspective and poses and gesture and also environment/bg in different angles.

Thanks. =)
