Boujou, importing nulls

Hi,
I'm starting to learn boujou and I was wondering if it was possible to import After Effects 2D points representing features to then be used inside boujou for a camera solve.
Basically, I'm aware that boujou supports a "manual tracking" mode, in which you can phisically move several null trackers to get a camera solve when you have issues due to motion blur or lack of tracking features.
Is there a way to import already tracked null points from After Effects that can then be used to solve a camera move? I'm thinking about using nulls generated in mocha, which would be quite stable even in low contrast scenarios.
Hope it's all clear.

Many thanks!
