3D Max workflow

Hi guys,

I'm a photographer at an advertisement agency in Belgium and I recently started to learn 3D Max (+ VRay) for my job. I did know something about 3D because I did some projects with Cinema 4D. My question is about the 3D Max workflow. I'm going to buy and download some interiors/models/textures/etc.. and I need a good workflow. Basically... How do you organise your library so everything is in the right place (organisation is very important to me!). All our previous 3D projects (by my collague) are on a seperate server but honestly I'd like to organise it my way so I know where to find something.

Currently the server is setup this way:
3D (server)

=> _library
=> typical 3d max project. In the scenes folder you find every room/object
=> _materials
=> _renderoutput
=> _textures
=> JPG's with textures
=> Clients
=> Client => each project has a seperate folder

What do you think about this?
