tmp suffix and file path

im wondering how to get rid of the tmp suffix if i type in the full render path in the File Name Prefix... located in the Image File Output in the render settings...

i dont want to set the project to each folder id like to save files...

if i type in ...fullPath\imagename_
i get fullPath\imagename_tmp.exr

is there some magic i can do..?

fullpath/imageName_#.ext works fine for me here, rendering images to outside the current project.
(Maya 2013x64 Win7)

Any more info' you can lend us? (pic of your render globals etc)

thanks for reply... i took a second look and found the solution...
i have to render in batch mode... using the single frame render is causing this tmp issue...
